After I lost my sister, I knew that I was going to have a hard time overcoming the feeling of loss. I was very close to my sister, and I just couldn't imagine my life without her. I realized that I needed to do something to overcome the feeling, so I started working with a therapist who specialized in self help. She taught me really important concepts that really helped me to cope with the loss on a daily basis, and it was a great feeling.
